The Govt. of Pakistan is pleased to announce Prime Minister Youth Tractor Program 2023. Prime Minister’s youth program has been launched to promote agriculture in Pakistan.
In this regard, the Prime Minister of Pakistan is pleased to provide New Holland tractors through PM Youth Tractor Scheme 2023.
Selected farmers can take New Holland Tractors through a loan scheme from 3 to 8 years. PM Pakistan has divided this loan tractor loan scheme into 3 tiers.
1 tier has a limit of up to 5 lacks. 2nd tier amount limit for a loan is 5 Lakh to 15 Lakh. 3rd tier amount limit for loans is Rs 15 Lakh to 75 Lakh.

In this Prime Minister Agriculture Loan Scheme you can get New Holland Tractors for all models at the cheapest markup rates from all bank branches in Pakistan.
The PM Youth Tractor Loan Program 2023 is in full detail here. There are 3 portions of the loan scheme in which farmers can get Rs 5 Lakh to 75 Lakh according to PM Youth Tractor Loan Scheme 2023. Mark up ratio 0% to 7 from 3 to 8 years.
Tier 1 Rs 5 Lakh Loan
Tier 1 loan should be granted to farmers up to 5 Lakh with personal guarantee security under 0% mark up till 3 years.
This tier 1 applicant should provide 10% of the amount and 90% amount will pay bank branches under the PM tractor loan scheme 2023.
Tier 2 Rs 5 to 15 Lakh Loan
Tier 2 loans should be granted to farmers from 5 to 15 Lakh with personal guarantee security under 0% mark up till 8 years.
This tier 2 applicant should provide 10% of the amount and 90% amount will pay bank branches under the PM tractor loan scheme 2023.
Tier 3 Rs 15 to 75 Lakh Loan
Tier 3 loans should be granted to farmers from 15 to 75 Lakh with personal guarantee security under 0% mark up till 8 years.
This tier 2 applicant should provide 20% of the amount and 80% amount will pay bank branches under the PM tractor loan scheme 2023.
