The government of Punjab is going to take initiative while free traveling service for students of Lahore on the Orange Line Metro Train. Students who are studying near the Orange Line metro train route can avail of this free service from Punjab Govt.
According to media news, Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken serious notice and said to authorities to complete paperwork for free service to all students of Lahore to travel on the orange line train.
As per the decision, approximately 200000/- students will avail of this Free travel service that picks and drop.

Orange Line Train History
Orange Line Metro Train project was started by PML (N) in 2014. This project was given to Habib Construction Company but this project was completed after a long time and hurdles in 2022. This project was completed by the Pak China Engineering collaboration.
