The Government of Punjab Special Health Care & Medical Education Department has offered Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card (Sehat Sab Kay Liye). Now a citizen of Punjab can avail of up to 10 lakh rupees of health facilities in all of Punjab’s top Hospitals. According to Punjab Govt. health department, more than 23 Lakh 2.3 million patients have been facilitated by Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card.
Who is eligible For Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card
A citizen of Punjab province having a valid CNIC is eligible for Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card. According to Punjab Govt. Health department your CNIC is your Qaumi Sehat Card. You don’t need any other Qaumi Sehat Card. Please bring your original CNIC to your desired Hospitals to take advantage of free health facilities. If you are a citizen of Punjab Province, you can avail of free health facilities up to 1 million rupees. Before taking the facility from your CNIC you should read these instructions carefully for this.
1- Persons who are above 18 years old please make your CNIC from the NADRA office and those below 18 years persons should make B-Form avail of this Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card service.
2- Please make sure that your entire entries in the NADRA system are correctly entered, If having some issues likewise date of birth, marriage, divorce, death, or address, please correct these issues from NADRA as soon as possible.
3- Married persons should update their marriage records in NADRA so they may avail Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card service easily.
